Absolutely pathetic customer support. I bought a dress and when i went to exchange, they said its on off now and you have to buy on sale price. I had to bear loss of 1000. Inhy lgta hai haraam ka kamatay hain hum aur jsy mrzi looto awaam ko. Branch manager has zero tamiz of basic customer rights. At least inform the customer k is time sy is time tak exchange ho skta. Unethically profit chaheay bs.
