Do These 5 Exercises Every Day to Stay Fit for Life

These exercises can do wonders to stay healthy in your life. Daily workout helps keep your weight under control; you feel more active and energetic, improve balance, strengthen your bones, and even ward off memory loss. There is no age limit in exercise; if you want to stay fit throughout your life, make a habit of doing exercises daily to make your body posture fit.

Here we will discuss some exercises to do every day at home that help you get in shape and lower your risk for disease.

Walking

Among all exercises walking is the simplest yet most potent workout, which reduces your extra calories and helps you stay fit. Also, improve cholesterol levels, keep blood pressure in check, and lower your risk for several diseases such as diabetes, obesity, and heart disease. You need to wear comfortable trekking shoes for a walk and initially start walking for about ten to fifteen minutes, gradually increasing the timing.

Squats increase flexibility in your lower back and hips as it engages some of the body’s largest muscles. Squats exercises every day reduce your lower portion of your body. Posture should be correct; otherwise, it will affect your posture too. You just need to stand straight with your feet slightly wider than shoulder and your arms at sides for squats. Then push your hips back and bend your knees that seem like you will sit in a chair—then bring your arms out in front in a comfortable position. Pause for two seconds, then widen your legs and return to the first position. You should complete three sets of 20 reps to feel the difference in your body.

For mind relaxation, meditation is one of the best exercises. There is no necessity that you only workout for your physique and make your mind refresh; you can do meditation exercise, which helps you feel relaxed and lower stress levels. For meditation you need to sit on the plain floor where there is no noise. Select your time of meditation. On the initial basis, you can set your 10 minutes timing for this exercise. Feel your breath as it goes in and as it goes out. Don’t think about any negativity. Just think of all the optimistic points and make yourself feel focus. For more concentration, you can also close your eyes and just imagine beautiful scenes of your life.

To get something, you have to work hard. Well, lunges are the challenging daily exercises to stay fit as the balance is an essential part of this exercise. Lunges increasing strength in your legs and glutes. In this exercise, simply stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms down at your sides, then take a one large step forward with your leg and bend your same side knee as you do so, stopping when your thigh is parallel to the ground. Make sure that your knee doesn’t extend past your foot. Push up and return to the starting position. Daily 10 reps for 3 sets are the way to go.

Burpees   

Burpees working out every day are super-effective and involve a full-body move that provides cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength. For burpees stand upright with your feet shoulder width apart and arms down at sides with hands out in front and then start to squat down. When your hands reach to the ground, pop your legs straight back into a pushup posture. Then jump on your feet up to your palms by hinging at the waist. Get your feet as close to your hands as you can get. In the end, stand up straight, bringing your arms above your head and jump.
